تأثیر دو برنامه کار با ترامپولین با تعداد جلسات متفاوت و حجم‌های یکسان بر برخی از شاخص‌های عملکرد جسمانی و حرکتی در دختران کم‌توان ذهنی

چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: فرکانس ­های تمرینی مختلف می ­تواند تأثیرات متفاوتی بر آمادگی جسمانی افراد داشته باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر مطالعه تأثیر دو برنامه کار با ترامپولین با تعداد جلسات متفاوت و حجم ­های یکسان بر برخی از شاخص ­های عملکرد ­جسمانی و حرکتی در دختران کم­توان ذهنی بود.
مواد و روش ­ها: 30 دانش ­آموز دختر کم­ توان ذهنی (سن 8-16 سال، وزن 10.53±37.83 کیلوگرم، شاخص توده بدنی 19.04 ±4.19 کیلوگرم/مترمربع و با ضریب هوشی 50 تا 70) به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و به طور تصادفی به دو گروه تجربی و یک گروه کنترل تقسیم شدند. یکی از گروه ­های تجربی، تمرین با ترامپولین را سه جلسه در هفته به مدت 7 هفته و گروه تجربی دوم، تمرین با ترامپولین را دو جلسه در هفته به مدت 10 هفته انجام دادند. قبل و بعد از دوره تمرینی از همه آزمودنی ­ها تست­ های آمادگی­ جسمانی و حرکتی شامل استقامت ­عملکردی، آمادگی قلبی تنفسی، تعادل ایستا، تعادل پویا، چابکی، هماهنگی،  قدرت عضلانی و توان­ انفجاری گرفته شد. داده ­ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه ­گیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی در سطح معنی ­داری 0.05>P تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته­ ها: نتایج نشان داد هر دو برنامه تمرینی در گروه­ های تجربی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل باعث بهبود شاخص­ های تعادل ایستا، تعادل پویا، چابکی، هماهنگی، قدرت عضلانی پایین تنه و توان انفجاری گردید اما بین دو برنامه تمرینی تفاوت معنی­ داری مشاهده نشد. شاخص های استقامت عملکردی و آمادگی قلبی تنفسی بین سه گروه تفاوت معنی ­داری نداشت.
بحث و نتیجه­ گیری: دختران کم‌­توان ­ذهنی احتمالاً می ­توانند برای بهبود شاخص ­های عملکرد جسمانی و حرکتی خود از برنامه تمرین ترامپولین به صورت سه جلسه در هفته به مدت 7 هفته استفاده کنند.

چکیده English

Introduction and purpose: Different training frequencies can affect the peoples’ physical fitness in different ways. The Purpose of this study was investigated the effect two programs work with trampoline with number of different sessions and the same volumes on some of the physical and motor function factors in girls with mental retardation.
Materials and methods: 30 girls student mentally retarded (8 to 16 years, weight: 37.83±1.53 kg, BMI: 19.04±4.19 kg/m2 and with an IQ of 50 to 70) were selected and randomly divided into two experimental groups and one control group. One of the experimental groups performed trampoline three times a week for 7 weeks and the second experimental group performed trampoline two times a week for 10 weeks. Before and after the training period, physical and motor fitness tests, including endurance function, Cardiorespiratory fitness, static balance, dynamic balance, agility, coordination, muscle strength and explosive Power. The data were analyzed using ANOVA repeated measurements and Bonferron's post hoc test at significance level of P<0.05.
Results: The results showed that both exercise programs in experimental groups compared with the control group improved static balance, dynamic balance, agility, coordination, explosive power and muscle strength, but no significant difference was observed between the two training programs. Endurance function and cardiorespiratory fitness were not significantly different between the three groups.
Discussion and Conclusion: girls mentally retarded can probably use the trampoline training with frequency of three sessions per week for seven weeks to improve their physical and motor fitness indices.
