تاثیر هشت هفته تمرین ترکیبی (هوازی-TRX) و مصرف مکمل دارچین بر سطوح سرمی آپلین و IL6 زنان غیر فعال دارای اضافه وزن

چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: امروزه متخصصان عقیده دارند که رژیم غذایی و داروها در درمان و کنترل قند و متابولیسم چربی‌های خون بیماران به تنهایی کافی نیستند، بلکه انجام فعالیت‌های بدنی و ورزشی نیز باید به برنامه روزانه اضافه شود. بنابراین هدف تحقیق حاضر  بررسی تأثیر یک دوره تمرین ترکیبی و مصرف مکمل دارچین بر سطوح سرمی آپلین و IL-6 زنان غیرفعال دارای اضافه وزن بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون می‌باشد. 40 نفر از زنان دارای اضافه وزن به صورت تصادفی در چهار گروه تمرین ترکیبی (10 نفر)، تمرین ترکیبی- مکمل دارچین (10 نفر)، مکمل دارچین (10 نفر) و کنترل (10 نفر) قرار گرفتند. تمرین هوازی با 75-50 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه و تمرین TRX در دامنه درک فشار 12 تا 17 در مقیاس بورگ انجام شد. 24 ساعت قبل از شروع دوره تمرینی و 48 ساعت پس از اتمام آخرین جلسه جهت اندازه‌گیری آپلین و IL-6 خونگیری انجام شد. سپس با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس تغییرات بین­ گروهی و از آزمون تی­ زوجی جهت مقایسه درون­ گروهی استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها توسط نرم ­افزار SPSS5 در سطح معناداری 0.05>P صورت گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج بین گروهی تفاوت معنی‌دار در غلظت سرمی IL-6 و آپلین نشان داد (0.001=P). نتایج آزمون تی زوجی کاهش معنادار را برای هر سه گروه در مقادیر IL-6 و آپلین نشان داد (0.05>P).
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: کاهش التهاب ناشی از فعالیت ورزشی یکی از عوامل مؤثرکاهش سطح آپلین در مطالعه حاضر می‌باشد. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق حاضر و از انجایی که تمرین ترکیبی تأثیر سودمندی بر آپلین و IL-6 داشته است. مصرف مکمل دارچین به همراه تمرین ترکیبی بطور موثر بافت چربی را کاهش می‌دهد، با این حال، هر دو مداخله ممکن است با هم به عنوان یک روش کاهش وزن و التهاب استفاده شوند

Introduction and purpose: Today, experts believe that diet and drugs alone are not enough to treat and control sugar and blood fat metabolism of patients, but physical and sports activities should also be added to the daily schedule. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the effects of a combined training course (aerobic-TRX) and cinnamon supplementation on the serum levels of apelin and IL-6 in inactive overweight women.
Materials and methods: In this semi-experimental study with preand post-test design; 40 overweight women were randomly assigned into the four groups such as: combined exercise (n=10), combined exercise-cinnamon supplement (n=10), cinnamon supplement (n=10 people) and control (n=10). Aerobic exercise was performed with 50-75% of the maximum heart rate and TRX exercise in the range of 12 to 17 pressure perception on the Borg scale. Blood was taken 24 hours before the start of the training period and 48 hours after the end of the last session to measure apelin and interleukin-6.Then, by using covariance analysis test, between-group changes were used and paired t-test was used for intra-group comparison. Data analysis was done by SPSS version 25 software at a significance level of P<0.05.
Results: The results between groups show a significant difference in the serum concentration of IL-6 and apelin (P=0.001). The results of the paired t-test show a significant decrease in LI-6 and Aplin values for all three groups (P<0.05).
Discussion and Conclusion: The reduction of inflammation caused by sports activity is one of the effective factors in reducing the level of apelin in the present study. According to the results of the present research and since combined exercise (aerobic-TRX) has a beneficial effect on apelin and interleukin-6. Cinnamon supplementation effectively reduces adipose tissue significantly, but does not affect muscle metabolism in the same way as exercise. However, both interventions may be used together as a powerful weight loss technique.
