مقایسه تاثیر هشت هفته تمرینات ترکیبی و مصرف مکمل کافئین بر توان بی‌هوازی، شاخص خستگی، استقامت هوازی و آزمون مهارتی در تکواندوکاران دختر نخبه

چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: یکی از دغدغه‌های ورزشکاران حرفه‌ای افزایش عملکردشان می‌باشد. در فعالیت‌های شدید، اتمام سریع انرژی و افزایش تجمع اسیدلاکتیک از جمله عوامل کاهش عملکرد در طول یک دوره از مسابقات است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش مقایسه تاثیر هشت هفته تمرینات ترکیبی و مصرف مکمل کافئین بر توان بی‌هوازی، شاخص خستگی، استقامت هوازی و سرعت ضربه پا به میت تکواندوکاران دختر نخبه بود.
مواد و روش­ ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعات نیمه تجربی و کاربردی با طرح تحقیق پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش متشکل از تکواندوکاران دختر نخبه شهر کرج بودند که تعداد 28 آزمودنی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و در دو گروه: 1) تمرین ترکیبی و 2) مکمل کافئین + تمرین ترکیبی در گروه‌های 14 نفره تقسیم شدند. برای بررسی تفاوت درون گروهی و بین‌گروه‌ها به ترتیب از آزمون‌های آماری تی همبسته و آنووا در سطح معناداری 0.05>P استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از آزمون تی همبسته نشان داد که میانگین پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون آزمودنی‌ها در تمام شاخص‌ها [(استقامت هوازی گروه تمرین ترکیبی به همراه مصرف کافئین، 0.003=P < span lang="FA">)، (استقامت هوازی در گروه تمرین ترکیبی بدون مصرف کافئین، 0.005=P < span lang="FA">) و (شاخص‌های سرعت ضربه پا، توان بی‌هوازی و خستگی در هر دو گروه، 0.000=P < span lang="FA">)] تفاوت معنی‌داری با هم دارند و عملکرد ورزشکاران در پس‌‌آزمون بهتر بود. نتایج مربوط به آزمون آنوا نشان داد که فقط میانگین سرعت ضربه مستقیم پا به میت (ضربه آپ دولیو چاگی) بین دو گروه تفاوت معنی‌داری داشت و تکواندوکاران در گروه تمرین ترکیبی + کافئین در مقایسه با تمرینات ترکیبی صرف، عملکرد بهتری داشتند.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: از آنجائی که که حتی بهبود مقدار کم متغیرهای جسمانی و عملکردی برای ورزشکاران نخبه ارزشمند است، بنابراین توصیه می‌شود مکمل کافئین در کنار تمرینات ورزشی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Introduction and purpose: One of the concerns of professional athletes is to increase their performance. In intense activities, the rapid exhaustion of energy and the increase of lactic acid accumulation are among the factors of performance reduction during a period of competition. The purpose of this study was comparing the effect of eight weeks of combined training and caffeine supplementation on anaerobic capacity, fatigue index, aerobic capacity and foot strike speed of elite female taekwondo athletes.
Materials and methods: The present study was a semi-experimental and applied study with a pre-test and post-test research design. The statistical population of the research consisted of elite female taekwondo athletes of Karaj city, 28 subjects were selected as samples and divided into two groups: 1) combined exercise and 2) caffeine supplement + combined exercise in groups of 14 people. T-correlated statistical and ANOVA tests were used to investigate the differences within groups and between groups.
Results: The results of the correlated t-test showed that the mean of the pre-test and post-test of the subjects were significantly different in all indicators [(Aerobic endurance in the combined exercise group with caffeine consumption, P=0.003), (Aerobic endurance in the combined exercise group without caffeine consumption, P=0.005) and (indicators of foot strike speed, anaerobic power and fatigue in both group, P=0.000)] and the athletes' performance was better in the post-test. The results of the ANOVA test showed that only the average of foot strike speed was significantly different between the two groups, and taekwondo athletes in the combined training + caffeine performed better than combined training alone group.
Discussion and Conclusion: Since improving even a small amount of physical and functional variables is important for elite athletes, it is recommended to use caffeine supplements along with sports training.
